NOTE:        When installing the optical fiber cable in the stuffing tube, the optical fiber cable jacket must be greased in the region where it will contact the stuffing tube.  This prevents the optical fiber cable from buckling inside the stuffing tube when both ends of the stuffing tube are tightened down.

NOTE:    7-tube BOF cables are not to be run through watertight bulkheads.
